Interactive workshops for families caring for someone living with serious illness

Une équipe de travailleurs sociaux du CREGÉS du CIUSSS du Centre-Ouest-de-l’Île-de-Montréal organise une série de 10 ateliers interactifs d'avril à juin 2021. Ces ateliers porteront sur : A qualified team of social workers from the CREGÉS of the CIUSSS West-Central Montreal organize a series of 10 interactive workshops from April to June 2021. The workshops will address a variety of topics such as:

• Accessing resources in your community
• Information on the services offered by the Health and Social Care Network
• The law on end of life care
• Financial and practical aspects of caring
• Potential sources of support

The free workshops are available in French and English and will take place on the Microsoft Teams platform.

They are offered to anyone over 18 who offers care to someone with a serious illness. The caregiver / carer must reside in the Greater Montreal Area.
