À l’épreuve de la COVID-19 : Témoignages de personnes ayant vécu la pandémie à partir d’un CHSLD montréalais

Research brief

2023

Authors: Sabrina Lessard and Tamara Sussman

This research brief presents the experiences of CHSLD residents during the COVID-19 pandemic. Their accounts show how they felt about the experience of restrictions and imposed isolation, and its impact on their sense of belonging to a collective. The experiences documented here provide an opportunity to reflect on social inclusion in the planning of future pandemics, and on the day-to-day lives of residents in long-term care facilities.

This research brief was created in collaboration with the Communauté de Pratique Continuum Aînés.
