Geneviève Miller is currently supporting the "policy module", which is an evaluation of the implementation of the politique pour contrer la maltraitance en établissement pour personnes aînées.. One of the objectives is to bring out recommendations and solutions to help institutional authorities and establishments in their fight against mistreatment. She is also involved in a research-action project that is being carried out in co-construction with older adults. This project aims to paint a picture of the mistreatment of older adults living in residences (RPAs) and their caregivers. In addition to creating a portrait of the situation, knowledge transfer tools and raising awareness about mistreatment in RPAs will be developed. With nearly 6 years of experience in university research as a research assistant, she has been involved in various functions such as literature review, recruitment, interviews, analysis and coordination. Geneviève joined the Domain of Expertise team in November 2020.
