The 2019 CREGÉS Annual Symposium focused on the issues around older adults’ decision-making in our health and social services system are complex. Three major questions were at the heart of the discussions during this event: 1)How can we support dialogue in order to reinforce the partnership among older people, families and service providers? 2) What are the challenges and opportunities in shared decision-making? 3) What are the rights and responsibilities of each individual?
