Description:

In The Four Lenses of Population Aging, Patrik Marier, CREGÉS researcher and professor in the Department of Political Science at Concordia University, examines how Canada’s ten provinces are preparing for an aging society. To enrich this analysis, Professor Marier adopts four perspectives: intergenerational, medical, organizational, and social gerontology.

During this roundtable, Prof. Marier will join two CREGÉS researchers, Prof. Tamara Sussman from the School of Social Work at McGill University, and Prof. Laurel Young, from the Department of Creative Arts Therapies at Concordia University, and Associate Director of the Center for Research on Aging – engAGE, for a multidisciplinary discussion of various issues raised in the book.
